Our standard commercial tubing is
made from Coex Poly/Nylon.
This is blown in 5 layers making it 3
mils thick it is cheaper and the food
manufacturers use it because of price..
Our 3 mil Biax material which we would
suggest for industrial use is Laminated
not blown. 1 Layer of 20 gauge Nylon
laminated to 1 layer of 2.5 mil
Polyethelyne.The nylon is
pre-stretched both ways for strength
and is preferred in the industrial
applications and is on the outside of
the product.
We specialize in vacuum products and
can make any custom barrier material
you need.
