Quote Procedure If you have a sample bag, send the bag to us. (Address above) We will quote it. We will provide you with
completed samples DHL to you for your inspection and approval. You can sign off the finished product BEFORE you invest a
dime. If you do not have a sample bag provide specs in detail (below) with camera ready art
(Scroll down for details) and we will still do the above.( Example of 1000lbs would be 25,000- 12" x 18" x 3 mil bags).

Information We Need to Quote Your Bags Send us a bag if you have one this is the easiest way
so we can reproduce it exactly. We now quote 1/2 pallets of Vacuum bags plain or printed top opening or
zipoc style
Regular or EVOH. Very competitive pricing excellent quality guaranteed.

1.Style of Bag or a sample bag if used before.
2.Size Length x width x gusset if any side or bottom.
3.Thickness (Mil)
4.Quantity (Minimum 1000 lbs ) Depending on size ie: 10" x 12" x 2mil = 16lbs per /1000
So we need approximately 60 thousand minimum
5.Film Color
6.Number of Print Colors 1-10 Line Print. We also do Process Color using oil base ink for superb quality.
7.One or Two Sides Printing
8. Camera Ready Artwork (See Details Below)
9.Deadline for delivery ( Large orders will be much less if you allow 8-10 weeks)
10.Are bags Loose pack, or on Wickets, Rolls etc.. The more details the better.

Art created in vector based programs are preferred. It will cost more if the coverage is above 60%.
Art work preferable in Adobe Illustrator (CS2 version) format.

This includes programs such as Adobe Illustrator, QuarkXpress, and CorelDRAW. CONVERT FONTS TO
OUTLINES OR CURVES. We can work from almost any art, but files such as jpg, tiff, png, bmp, gif, and others
generally produce less than perfect results.
Magnify these types of images and you will see imperfections that might print onto the bags. We usually can
re-set the type and do light clean-up on graphics.

Please provide font names, if they are known, when submitting this type of art. SEND A SAMPLE BAG TO THE
ADDRESS ABOVE IF YOU HAVE ONE SO WE CAN MIC IT FOR MIL THICKNESS AND CHECK PRINTING. If this is a
brand new bag project send artwork and we will do the rest.
